FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $10 LASH BATH FEE! * NO KIDS (NO EXCEPTIONS). * PLEASE LIMIT CELL PHONE USE. * PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY KNOWN ALLERGIES โขPATCH TEST ARE RECOMMENDED IF IT'S YOUR FIRST LASH SET EVER. โขNO REFUNDS IF YOU BECOME ALLERGIC, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL OFFER A FREE REMOVAL. โขI DO FOREIGN FILLS, IF ARRIVES WITH MORE THAN 40-50% OF THE LASHES AND THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. OTHERWISE I WILL NEED TO DO A FULL REMOVAL AND CHARGE FOR A FULL SET. BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT: * AVOID ANY CAFFEINE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, MAY CAUSE JITTERY EYES. * PLEASE WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU AREN'T VACCINATED. * PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AS LASH EXTENSIONS CANNOT GET FOR THE FIRST 24-48HRS. DEPOSIT POLICY FOR APPOINTMENT: A non refundable deposit of your scheduled appointments) will be due at the time of scheduling. This deposit will place a hold on your appointments) and will be included in the total cost of the appointments) at checkout. If you reschedule/cancel your appointments) at least 24 hours prior, your deposit will be refunded LATE POLICY: All clients are giving a 15 minute grace period. After 16 minutes you are considered late and your appointment will be cancelled and I will charge your card for the inconvenience 50% of your service! If you fail to show up to your appointment ** No Call No Show ** you will be restricted from booking with Gold Lash until full amount is paid! AFTER HOURS SERVICE POLICY FOR APPOINTMENT: After hours services are available for lash extensions for an extra charge of $30 per service. REFILL SERVICE POLICY: A refill service requires that I have at least 40-50% of my lash extensions in order to proceed with the appointment or it'll be a full set. Remember anything after 3 weeks is a full set.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Gold Lash has 48 hours Cancellation Policy. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HOURS OR FAIL TO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT I WILL CHARGE 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TO YOUR CARD FOR THE INCONVENIENCE !! A CANCELATION FEE WILL NOT BE APPLIED IF CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT . IF YOU ARE A NO CALL NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WIL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH GOLD LASH !
